We keep improving the service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every expectation you may have.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Do not share, resell, or automate access in unauthorized ways.
Do not upload or process unlawful, infringing, malicious, abusive, sexual, hateful, fraudulent, unsafe, or unauthorized material, and do not attack, bypass, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your uploaded sources and generated study materials. To provide the service, you authorize us to store, process, transform, display, and generate content from them as needed.
You represent that you have the rights required to upload and process the material, including any permissions related to copyright, confidentiality, and third-party terms.
AI outputs and learning responsibility
AI-generated outputs may omit details, misunderstand context, overgeneralize, provide incomplete citations, or contain factual errors. Important claims, exam answers, legal, medical, financial, academic, or professional judgments should be checked against the original source or a qualified expert.
In high-stakes contexts, treat generated outputs as a review aid and starting point, not as the final answer.
Subscriptions, purchases, and cancellation
Some features may require a subscription or purchase. Pricing, entitlements, quotas, trials, refunds, and cancellation rules are shown in the App Store, in-product screens, or the relevant purchase channel.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are generally handled by Apple, including billing, renewals, cancellation, and refund requests.
Intellectual property
SocriFlow's name, interface, code, design, trademarks, copy, and service capabilities are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use them competitively without permission.
These terms do not transfer any SocriFlow or third-party intellectual property rights to you.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, product, or operational reasons. If you violate these terms or create risk, we may restrict or terminate access.
You may stop using the service, delete sources, or close your account using available product flows.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SocriFlow is provided as is, without additional warranties about generated outputs, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Governing terms, updates, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
